Custom EZ-Neon™ and lighting orders typically take 5–10 business days depending on design complexity and material availability.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All standard U.S. orders include free shipping.

Tier 3 Custom EZ-Neon™ signs and Custom Lighting projects include pre-calculated shipping on the final invoice.

3. Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely. Visit our Custom Orders section to submit your idea or sketch. You’ll receive a digital preview and invoice before production begins.

4. What materials do you use?
Each EZ-Neon™ frame is 3D-printed in-house using durable, high-quality PETG filament.

5. Where are you located?
Our retail studio is located at 279 E 2nd Street, Downtown Winona, MN.

We’re open to the public Fridays 2–8 PM and Saturdays 12–8 PM.
