Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Shipping is free on all standard orders within the United States. Every order is carefully packaged and shipped from our studio to ensure safe delivery.

Custom Orders & Lighting Projects
Tier 3 Custom EZ-Neon™ signs and Custom Lighting projects are not eligible for free shipping.
The estimated shipping cost for these items will be pre-calculated and listed on your final invoice for one easy payment.

Processing Times
Most ready-made or small-batch items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders vary depending on design complexity and production schedule.

Tracking & Delivery
You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped. The Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
