Refund policy

All items from The Studio: Custom Signs & Lighting are made to order, handcrafted, or customized for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@the-studio.shop with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly repair, replace, or work with you to make it right.

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Digital downloads or design services

• Gift cards
