Welcome to The Studio: Custom Signs & Lighting. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:

1. Handmade & Custom Work
Each product is designed and produced in-house. Slight variations in color, finish, or appearance are natural parts of the handmade process and do not qualify as defects.

2. Payment & Processing
Full payment is required before production begins. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Estimated turnaround times are listed on each product page, but may vary depending on current workload or material availability.

3. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already started. After that, all sales are final.

4. Shipping
We carefully package all items to ensure safe delivery. The Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather once an order has shipped.

5. Intellectual Property
All product designs, logos, and creative assets are property of The Studio and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission.
